Can I apply for Ms?
I've a score of total band of 6. With 6 each in listening, speaking, reading and 5.5 in writing.

No man that is to low for an m.s (which typically needs more than 7 bands!)

Go for a pg diploma!(that too after improvement of your bands as you scored 5.5 in writing module! For pg diploma 6.5 with no less than 6 is recommended!)

And if you are hell bent on an m.s degree

Have at least a four year ug degree from a reputed university with 70 percent marks.

Moreover you need to contact department professors as m.s in Canada is research bases with limited seats! Moreover some universities will also demand a GRE result!

Too low. You need at least a 6.5 in each of the four IELTS categories or you can expect CIC to refuse the study permit.
