I really don't understand the reason. my CRS is 438

You're posting in the wrong section of the forum. You need to post in the Express Entry section. That's where everyone is discussing program requirements and status.

Your CRS for such profile should be higher (more like 460+).
Check following very carefully:
1. That your ECA and IELTS certificate are entered correctly
2. Focus on the work experience And check all entries you did there (from - to).
3. Check which NOC did you put as a primary NOC code. You have to have 12 consecutive months or more of work experience in that NOC
Check how did you answer the question - When did you become eligible to work in that NOC (that one is important as well).

To me it looks like you did somewhere a typo (hence the low CRS points). The typo was maybe amount hours per week in one of your work experience. And it just might be, that that one run out of 10 years validity and the whole profile collapsed.
