Hi all,
I am on an extremely tight timeline (my fault obviously ) and I am preying WES evaluates my degrees by the end of May at the latest (my bachelors arrived extremely quick so just waiting on my masters to arrive - no tracking number unfortunately). I can then hopefully get ITA and then upload documents (employment letter, medical, police check etc) and send off BOWP in the mail, all before my working holiday visa expires on 15th June. Yep.... extremely tight timeline . (and all of this depends on whether my parents will gift me half the required funds as I don't have enough... argh!)
My question is - if this all doesn't occur before 15th June, is there any way I could still apply for BOWP? A member of a different group sent me links on restoration of status if your visa expires, saying you have 90 days etc, admittedly I have not read them in detail to see if this applies to me.
Has anyone had any experience in their visa expiring before being able to apply for BOWP?
THANK YOU!
