Change of Name Query

I am stuck in an unique situation.I couldn't find any similar case in the forum and hence starting a new thread.

We are in process of filing our application for PR.Our CRS is expected to be 470 (4 Degrees submitted to ECS,IELTS Result already with us)with my wife being primary applicant.We got married 2 Years back and during the registration of marriage we submitted an Affidavit stating the change of name of my wife with my surname as last name and not mentioning her maiden name.
Now the problem is :

-passport is issued in her maiden name without husband name mentioned in it.(issued prior to marriage)
-IELTS score is based on old passport number.
-All educational documents in her original name before marriage
-Marriage certificate has her name with my surname and Affidavit is submitted about new name.

Now the problem is profile will be created in her original name (passport name) and marriage certificate bears a different name although parents name and Date of Birth Are common.

Any idea or suggestion if it will be a problem ? And if yes,what can be done to avoid it.
One option is to submit LOE,but in that I have to mention that she has changed her name after marriage which I think will not be accepted since the name should have been updated everywhere.

Use a same person affidavit and you'll be fine.

Thank you for your reply,but affidavit states that my wife would be known by her new name for all future purpose from the date of issue of the affidavit.
Profile for PR would be in her original name.

The same person affidavit states that XXX and YYY are the name used by the same person. XXX and YYY are your spouse's maiden name and new name after marriage respectively.

Look up for a format of the same person affidavit on this forum.

Thank You Maverick.Affidavit is required in Original or B&W scan copy will do.
