Education and work experience relevancy

Hello sir,
I have completed MSc (physics),BEd on regular basis from India. I have 4 years of experience as assistant manager in a restaurant and working till now .

To update my skills in this field now I have choosen Post Graduate Diploma In Business Management of 1 year through distance learning from Lovely Professional University punjab .Will it be validated by WES for Canada ? Or this diploma is equivalent to canadian education for permanent residency?

Since you already have a MSc, which might be equivalent to a Masters degree, why do you want to get a PGDBM evaluated?

Because I am in confusion when in future i will apply for PR ,Canadian embassy will object on my qualification and work experience relevancy
So I have opt this diploma .

For PR, this does not matter as long as you are not working in a licensed profession.

Ok sir, it means embassy will not have any objection regarding my work experience relevancy issue
