Working hrs query

Hi,
If the experience letter just mentions full time and does not indicate working hrs then cic will accept it? Also since we need to add working hrs in ee profile then should I add 9 hrs which includes lunchtime of 1 hr or should i add 8 working hrs only?

Since it is full time, it doesn't matter. You can only count 30 hours per week, anything extra is not counted.

Full time should be fine. But hours/week is the safe option. 40 or 45 hrs/week doesn't matter.

If you are not able to get it, you can try alternative ways like having it mentioned on payslip and writing in LOE.

Let's say your office time is 9 am to 6 pm and this includes 1 hour lunch time. Your working hours will be 9 per day.

I checked my offer letter, payslips and stubs, but no where the hours are mentioned. Payslips etc only has working days. I can mention in LOE, however do you think they will take my words and be fine with it?

We can be positive on this. Not all employees are lucky to have everything mentioned in the employment reference letter. Try to have a letter issued that says "Full time" and write the hours in LOE. It should be fine.
