I would like to discuss a situation with you regarding my application for PR; If you could please help on that;
1) I am a temporary resident, studied in Canada & now working as a Skilled worker, I am living here from 2015.
2) I have a very good score and can apply for PR right now.
3) Me and my wife are separated (not legally, she is living apart) for nearly 1 year.We are not on speaking terms. She is not ready to give me divorce as well & not not willing to help me with the medicals & PCC (which might be required in applying PR).
4) Is there is a way ,if it is not possible for me to get the medicals and police check by spouse, Can I apply PR alone?
You can include a personal affidavit in your PR app that you are separated, your ex is uncooperative so refuses to do medical or other checks, so you would like to exclude her from the app. You need to state you're aware and accept that this means you can never sponsor her to Canada in the future.
You should also show proof that you are separated and she refuses to cooperate (so if she's sent you emails on the topic). You can initiate the divorce process on your own without her willingness to do so, and include this as further proof.

Ultimately it's up to the visa officer processing your file whether they allow ex to be excluded, but many others have been successful in similar cases.
