WES rejected my transcripts twice.

Hi All,

I have applied for transcripts through online services provided by jntu hyderabad and send them to WES . But WES rejected my transcripts saying that they received the transcripts in open condition.

One wierd thing is they have acceped my degree certificate but have rejected mark sheet stating that they have receive it in open condition but i have sent both of them in same envelope.

Could you please let me know if any one has faced same scenerio ?

Is there any other process which i need to follow ?

the transcript should be in a signed or sealed envelope from university...
when you said you it in same envelope...
then does it mean you opened sealed envelope received from university and then put transcript and degree copy both in single envelope?
or
Did you just get a paper of transcript from university (instead of sealed envelope) and then put transcript and degree copy both in single envelope?
or
Did you out sealed small envelope from university and degree copy in bigger envelope?

Hi,

Yes teanscripts are in sealed envelope and has stamp and sign from the university.

should we have stamp on transcripts as well?

i there are marksheets inside that sealed envelope then i think yes you need them to be attested... if there is only single page (which is actually known as transcript with one page showing all semester marks) then i think university will already sign it..
