Not sure what NDVO is doing but a lot of us June applicants are already on there 11th month the processing time is 12 months we should here from them this month

Hi,
I'm applying PR on spouse visa. My husband is going through a lawyer in Canada. So given all the documents to the lawyer on the 29th of Jan 2018.
*on the cic website : received application on the 30th of Jan 2018.
*I got medical request on the 23rd of March 2018 and medical done on the 29th of March 2018.
*medical results received on the 31st of march
*Husband got a mail saying he is approved as a sponsor on the 4th of April 2018.
*On the 11th of April got a mail saying that my file has been transferred to the Delhi (India) office for final processing.
*On the cic website now showing, my file started processing on the 12th of April 2018. What does this mean ?
Does this mean on the 12th, processing started at the Delhi office?
So now whats the next procedure..how long for the Delhi office to process ? How long to get the passport request mail ?

There are still some April/May 2017 applicants waiting for final decision. Average processing time for NDVO is 10-11 months it seems but there isn’t a specific pattern they follow. My file has been sitting there since October 2017 and still nothing (July applicant). Your file should be cleared by the end of this year. Good luck.

They say 30 days to receive the gcms notes. Last time I applied and got them in 3 weeks. So you can only wait even for this :/

Yes I did on 28th March 2018 and received them 27th April.

The due date is May 31st in the notes so does that mean by may 31st... or after may 31st they’ll do something lol

They say due date doesn’t matter....they always keep updating...you can also hear anything before the due date...
By the way,FCU-DIS is the decision making department for eligibility...
Under Assessments,what does your eligiblity say?

Your file is on track....most probably no interview for you...and the VO is satisfied with the relationship.this is a big deal....
Security will show “not started” even after you get your PR so don’t worry about it....the rest shows passed for you...
Eligibility is in progress and it’s at the FCU-DIS the decision making department...
Since you’re a June applicant,you should be hearing something soon...

Im 27 july 2017 applicant today my permanent residence status changes to in process
It shows medical result recieved. But many applicants status changed to in process from long time . I cant understand .

Yea...Recommend Pass means,the officer who was reviewing your eligibility here in New Delhi,is satisfied with whatever docs you’ve provided in support of your application...He/she is hinting the officer in CPC-Mississauga that,everything is assessed,nothing to worry about this application and hence asking him/her to take a positive decision on the eligibility...

Have the same update in my GCMS notes too! My Eligibility says In progress but Recommended Passed.
