No only Medicals were requested, nothing else. I submitted my travel history and Schedule A at the time of applicatio

so the ONLY change from my last GCMS notes from Jan 15 (3 months ago), is 1 activity.
that's it, only one activity that's all blanks expect for my UCI and name.
soooooo frustrating! more than a year wait, and it doesn't even say I'm in SS!

Guy, as you can see my timeline in my signature that my SS started in March 2017. In early April 2018 , IRCC sent me requests for additional document (10 year CV of my husband ). Does that mean my SS is completed and the file was transferred back to IRCC ?

Hi, thank you for your reply. It is my husband who is under SS, but I submitted his Consent Form when I submitted the request. I just got my reply. I also submitted request for CBSA, but have not received reply. We'll wait and see. Do you know how to get my husband CSIS information? Can he submit the request by himself?

CV are only requested for Security purposes.

hello everyone,
I have been asked to upload Schedule A along with my travel history.
Schedule A's question 2 says to write my name in my native language and it is only possible if i print the form and write it down and then upload a scan copy. will this be acceptable? or I have to do everything electronically?
the request letter for Schedule A form in my CIC account also says that "A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE"
now again original signature is only possible if i print and upload scan copy.
I am not sure if I am suppose to print, sign, date and write my name in my native language or ignore my name in my native language and do everything electronically.. please help as i have only 2 days left to upload
