Do we have to carry all the application form as well at the time of citizenship test? like CIT 002 and the Physical Presence form as well?

Nop. They have those with them already.
COPR, PR card, passports, IDs and proof of language (which they won't check if you clearly speak english or french).
If needed, translation of any document not in one of the official languages (stamps...)
Study the guide, take online sample test and that's it.
It's not SAT or GRE. Any person who dedicate one day to study the test will pass.

Do not rely on online test, must study the book. I have had some questions with true or false, also asked me about the hockey players name, lady that ran 19 mile etc. twisted questions and logic's, passed anyways.. any idea how long it takes for the certificate after the test?
I took my test 2 weeks ago... passed with 20/20 but still no "decision made". The case officer implied an oath invite by end of summer since I am a September applicant and that would meet the 12 month service standard, but honestly, it's incredibly variable, so who knows?

LOL... mine was very straightforward... and 10% of my questions were about hockey.
Which just makes it easy for my colleagues south of the border to tease me.
Bottom line, there is definitely some variability in the test... there's at least half a dozen different versions.

We are not supposed to give you any details about the test, but...I was not asked any questions about dates...a lot is common sense

I had really important dates questions in my test, but everything seemed really easy. I found doing online mock tests was way better for me in remembering things and numbers than reading the book itself. But I read the book 2 or 3 times as well.
I got 20/20 and my hubby got 19/20 (he's native English speaker and read the book once and done the online tests too)
If you understand English, know geography and history a bit and what is going on in this country in general, there is no way to fail the test.

I had that same tough test. Given how many people say the test is easy, I think there is 1 tough one and the rest are okay!
