Hi folks,

I hope everyone is doing well. I got accepted from the draw last Wednesday for express entry. I am planning to apply with Canadian Experience Class category. I am currently in the document provision page.

My condition:
*I have been living in Canada for 5 years I have had study permit and work permit throughout this period. I have never been to any country within the specified time frame (Never left the country).

*I am working as a mechanical engineer in manufacturing industry.

*I am a Turkish citizen.

According to this page it seems like I don't have to go for a medical exam. Any opinion?

Thanks.

You certainly need a medical. It's mandatory for all PR applications. The link you have provided is for temporary residents and does not apply to you since you are applying for permanent residency.
