Thanks Mpreetsingh, I'm assuming GCMS is only limited to applicants residing inside canada, or is there a way out to obtain being outside ?

I've already sent RCMP PCC with my application. I'm yet to do Indian PCC from Indian Consulate General in Vancouver. Does anyone know how long that takes? Also, my Visa are expiring at 30-July-18. So should I get my Indian PCC first or apply for TRV extension?

Indian PCC from consulate should not take more than couple of days, I have got my same day (Atlanta, USA). I'm wondering to know did you send your PR application without PCC to IRCC ?

I was requested an additional documents on March 5, 2018 and uploaded the next day. My account says my documents were uploaded but there is no sign of my documents being reviewed or something like that... should i be concerned? It has been almost 2 months since then..

It was additional family member form. Should I be concerned now? I received a pre-arrival letter and requested to do medical exams back in March 2018. With this, I assume I passed the eligibility as well as passed the medical exam.

If my ADR is not updated, shoud I be now concerned?

Oh, No Concern at all. It was just depending on ADR type, they may provide you detail whether review has been done or not (relevant to document you provide). But in your case, you are good, hopefully good news is already on your way. Good luck & all the very best

Yes, only inland applicants can order them.

However, you can order them through external website like:

Thanks for the reply! Actually I had a plan to go to India during my application period. And I heard that Vancouver office takes couple of weeks for PCC. So I only applied and received Canadian RCMP PCC (included in my application). I've already got the AOR. So I'm just waiting for them to request Indian PCC if needed.

I not hoping this, but unfortunately they may reject your application if you have not included your Indian PCC already (Assuming you are Indian citizen and live in India), but check with IRCC immediately.
As per my knowledge, PCC is very least thing you MUST send to IRCC as part of COMPLETE application, again I am not Immigration professional so better check with IRCC via call to make sure.

I've received a pre-arrival letter on Mar. 7, and an email titled with "Important Update about your Immigration Application" from my local VO on Apr. 26. The latter one is also about pre-arrival services, but there's no corresponding update message from my CIC account. In my application status, both the eligibility review and the background check show "in progress". Now I'm still waiting for PPR.
