How we come to know that they started security check or not ?

Do they do Criminal and security check at this same time ?

For me it was my eligibility passed. I called the CIC and they told me that.

Dont know how long they take for Background.

It took them 2 months for my BG check, however, it might be because I travelled to US frequently.

let's see how long they took for mine.Fingers crossed.
I have ordered my notes, and it's been more than 46 days i have not received anything.
it's been more than 7 days my ticket is in propriety.

Because when i called CIC and asked about my Background check. They told me that it started in OCT.2017 (which is my AOR month).
Because Criminality and security both are part of background check.
