hello All ,

I am a refused refugee from India and in Canada since 2007 .
Unfortunately I was a victim of human trafficking and doesn’t have passport ever since I got here . The person who got me here left me at airport without any document . I am under deportation since 2011, but India wouldn’t issue travel document to me or CBSA to go back .
Anyways , now I am married to PR . We have child together .
I did inland sponsorship in sep 2017 .
I wrote letter explaining my situation .
I received request for police certificate .
I received request for medical as well .
I am just wondering anyone has any clue what s the next step ??
Please help guys ☺Thank you

Your case is very unusual and I'm not sure anyone here will be able to help. Typically a valid passport is mandatory in order to apply for PR through spousal sponsorship. So I'm not sure what they will do in your case. Good luck.
