Some questions regarding uploading of documents

I am in the process of uploading some documents and I have some questions:

1. Do you combine all education certificates in one document? And do you also combine the ECA and the IELTS exam as part of this document?
2. For a Letter of Explanation, do you include support documents with it also (as one document)?
3. For proof of funds: I have a letter from the bank that states all required details. Do I also include bank statements for these (in one document)?
4. I have two jobs mentioned in EE profile, however I have one letter for two jobs (since it is within the same company). Is it OK to upload the same letter for both jobs?
5. I have a police conduct certificate that is written in both my native language as well as English (since English is also an official language). Do I still need to upload a translation for this?

1. Yes, you can combine everything in to one document.
2. Yes
3. If the letter does not have 6 months balance, then you should add the 6 months bank statement.
4. The letter should mention both the jobs. If so, then submit the same in both the placeholders.
5. If English is there in the certificate itself, then no need for a translation.

It has a 6 month average balance for each account. But it's no problem, I can upload a whole year's bank statement as I requested all statements from 01/01/2017.
