Deciline ita consequences

Hello I got an ita and I started working on my application, but since my family circumstances are changing because I m getting a divorce that may take place in 2 weeks time and even though I mentioned non accompanying spouse, I still decided not to pursue with this ita and declined it and look back again after divorce. Because a lot of question were being asked about my wife. So I decided not to pursue

What would be the consequences. Can I make new profile and apply again. My IELTS is valid till 20 aug and my crs score is 469

Havent experienced first hand, but i read that if you decline, you can keep the current EE profile (and make any needed changes)
If you let ITA expire, then EE profile would be closed, too. So i suppose if thats true, then a decline is nothing too horrible, if your score is enough to secure you another one pretty much any time.

Yes you can decline and will enter pool again for next draw. Make sure to make appropriate changes before next draw.

Agree with hope2018's answer. Decline and make changes to your profile. You'll be in the pool again for next draw and with your score, you'll probably get invited again in the very next draw.

This is the message i recieved
You have withdrawn from the Express Entry pool. Thank you for telling us that you’re no longer interested in participating in Express Entry. You have voluntarily withdrawn from the Express Entry pool of candidates. You are no longer eligible to be invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada as a skilled immigrant. If you have registered for jobbank Canada’s , you must remove your profile from that website. You must also remove any references that you are a candidate for Express Entry from any private job board websites, if you used any. You will have to resubmit your Express Entry profile, if you wish to be a candidate in the Express Entry pool again.

What does this mean
You are no longer eligible to be invited to apply for permanent residence in Canada as a skilled immigrant.

It means you've withdrawn your active profile so you have to create a new one in order to be eligible for an ITA.

But the message also say that you have to resubmit your EE profile. Is it the same profile and somewhere i need to hit re submit .

Remember i did not decline ita at first place. I opened my profile added more info and later i found that it requires some info of my current wife with whom i m getting divorce and i did not have all tht info.

Oh that comforting! So all i need to do is to divorce her and then re enter into the pool by making a new profile.
Also i need to know after divorce what info of my wife does cic requires in EE profile? We dont have kids together
