I've close to 15 years of work experience. I shall commence my Canada PR Visa Processing starting 20th May 2018.
With respect to my work experience I've changed a few jobs in the past 15 years. All my previous employers are providing me with a referral Letter except the first one as that's not really a listed company. I worked with this company for 5 years.
I'm able to get a referral letter starting June 2009 till date with all companies I've worked with. With my first company , I started working with them in May 2004 till April 2009.
Question 1) Am I required to avail of a referral letter from my first company (May 2004 till April 2009) as well to attain maximum points under the criteria of work experience or showing a referral letter from my previous employers starting June 2009 till March 2018 suffice me in attaining maximum points ?
Question 2) My first company doesn't have a professional set up. It also doesn't have a Human Resource department. I've reached out to them but they're very adamant and are not willing to share a referral letter. I've, though reached out to my superior in my stint with the first company for a Superior Declaration and she's willing to provide me with this letter. She isn't working for my first company anymore and is with another organization. At the same time is it compulsory for her to provide me with her Business Card ? ? She doesn't have a Business Card from her current organization, yet.
