Travel History - No stamps on passport, don't know exact dates

I am trying to fill in the travel history dates however I do not know the exact dates of travel.

I am an EU citizen and have traveled within the EU and therefore no Passport is required, which leads me to not having any stamps on it.

What can I do? Do the passports office provide travel history?
