Finaalllly got passport request today .. i applied with my husband , son and daughter . Me nd my son got passport request nd my husband nd daughter r still in w8 ing .. hope for best

1 complete year is gone and I haven’t got the decision yet isn’t it crazy ?
Applied 02 May 2017 and today is 02 May 2018.
I took them 12 months to decide and still deciding.... it’s just crazy like beyond craziness....
I don’t know what to do now

I was just thinking of you and looking at this forum noticing no notifications when usually I have so many. I think people who applied months ago are getting very frustrated. Being 1 year tho is just insane. Can immigration is SOOO slow when it comes to applications that pass the usual processing times. crazy how some applications are approved in just 1 day but us it’s taking 6-12 months!

I know... my eligibility passed dec 19
I am assuming criminal passed for me as security is the last stage of checks. I’m angry as well and ready to give up. Everyday my friends are going to Canada and I feel horrible they all tell me they got their visa and make me feel bad cuz mine is pending 6 months. my best friend is going to Canada in may to study and I can’t even go to visit
I even know people who got refused and they apply again and get approval before me... it’s so sadI know... my eligibility passed dec 19
