Is it possible to remove the Dependent name from the application

I am PNP applicant, My application is in process, i want to withdraw my adopted son name from my application,
Which stage i can withdraw it, if i withdraw it, is there any problem due to misrepresentation or any things else.

As long as he is still a dependent, you can't "withdraw" your son from the app. What is the reason for wanting to exclude your son?

There are few reasons, i passed my eligibility and criminality long before, i need to face interview form my son, it been five months no interview schedule yet, according to the local visa office the interview que is 24 months.
My phd class will start in fall 18, i received full financial support for my program.

Some friends advice me to withdrew his name so they will waive my interview event, but i am not sure.
Have possibility to process my application faster. and later i will sponsor in family class. so i want expert advice

Your friends have no idea what they are talking about. You can't exclude the child. Even if you changed him to non-accompanying, IRCC would still need to see the proof of the genuine parent-child relationship. There is nothing you can do at this point for your PR app except wait.

You can apply for a study permit.

If i applied study permit they state forward reject me , because the reason they will show me that i will not back to my home country after my degree , because have intention to stay there , i applied for PR

Should i write to Singapore regarding my interview schedule before applying the study permit, My IELTS also expired , need to retake if apply.

I found in GCMS note like this " interview required to assess the bf of relationship" but my eligibility and criminality assessment was passed the day visa office updated the note. and received one day after pre-arrival service mail. now passed 107 days no interview schedule , give me suggestion please

This is not unusual. Once an interview is required, your application is no longer under "standard processing times".

That means i don't have any time limit now, according to GCMS note my next due updated date they put 27 july, 2018, that means after 6 months of my last update

You are still under the normal processing time for paper-based, which is 18 months. Have you communicated with SGVO regarding this interview that has not been scheduled yet? When did you order your latest GCMS? Maybe the interview was already cancelled. Did you check your phone for any missed calls? SGVO sometimes conduct phone interviews (my case, got 2 calls, one for child custody and the other, about my marriage).

Dear, give me another idea, i don't want to lose this opportunity also, i was admitted one UV with full financial support for a PhD program. But problem is, if i apply for study permit it may be hamper my PR application because i am a SINP applicant and UV is Newfoundland. I read about the "Dual Intent" law but still confused
