First off,Thanks a lot for all the help and advice you are providing and thank you to your getGCMS team through whom i have recently received my GCMS Notes.
I had a couple of queries and would appreciate if you could provide your valuable insight

A bit of history on my application - I received First PR in Sept 2017.Got married in Nov, Informed CIC and uploaded all mine and spouse documents as requested in Dec 2017. Spouse passed Medicals in Early Jan 2018 and not much has moved since then except I got a request for re-medicals last week as my medicals was expiring end of May 2018.

1. The First page of my GCMS Notes has the below among other things (Last Updated date is mentioned 2018/03/08)
App Status: Re-Opened
App Status Reason: Administrative Error
Have you come across this before and What could this Administrative Error be ?

2. My Criminality & Security Shows Passed. However, My wife's Criminality & Security Shows Not Started.
I noticed in the Notes section where they mention the application forms & documents that they received, they have mentioned only my Wife's India PCC but not Dubai PCC. Could they have missed mentioning this?..Wife worked in Dubai for 2 years and got PCC a month before leaving Dubai. The PCC says valid for 3 months and actually it was expired at the time of uploading but since she was not in Dubai anymore, we figured it should not be an issue. Could it be this that's causing the delay? or do you feel its normal that criminality & security has not started for the past 3 months??
I realise it could be something else as well & they could be taking their time due to workload. Neither have they asked for another PCC as yet. However, I just wanted to ask if you think getting another PCC from Dubai and sending to CIC over email could be a good thing to do ?

No need to worry. The administrative error is usually listed when there is an internal issue with regard to who will process the application. As the R10 is done at CPC or CIO level, but since you added your spouse later, it is done at LVO.

The dubai PCC also is not an issue. If the PCC was valid on the day you submitted, then there is no need to worry. In case of Dubai PCC, it is only issued for current resident. Former resident who no longer reside in Dubai are not issued PCCs.

Just give it some time and you will be fine.

Dubai PCC was NOT valid at the time of uploading.It was issued for 3 months from August 2017 so it expired in November. My wife left Dubai in September, a month after she got the PCC.We uploaded documents in December.
Do you still feel it could be an issue?

You should have notified IRCC that the PCC is not valid and you cannot obtain a new one as you are no longer a resident in Dubai. But if your criminality is passed, no need to worry

I was sent to work on international assignment from my country to France. while we were in France, We made frequent travels to the US. I have the s15 on my gmcs notes. Could our frequent travel been responsible for this.

I've received my third set of notes yesterday. Absolutely no updates at all. An exact copy of the previous 2. They show that the last update was on October 19, 2017. I'm June 10 AOR. Criminality and Medical passed, Eligibility and Security not started. Paris VO. Any insights?

Before legal falcon will give you more insights on this situation i would like to step in, if you don't mind. I am having the same no change in my all gcms notes so far. Once I messaged to LVO, program assistant mentioned that my application was still awaiting review. So literally it means, that the reason you don’t get eligibility not started is because they didn’t open your file...

Nope S15(1) ordinarily does not signify adverse investigation of your apps. How lond have you been on IP2?

Most notes will have s15 or s16 or both.

That is strange. Have you raised a CSE? Did you get a ADR?

I didn't get ADR. Document status is "We don't need additional documents." Yes I have, but no reply yet. I also emailed Paris VO directly and got a super generic reply. "We confirm your file is in our VO and we'll forward it to the right team." This is truly frustrating... is there anything I can do?
