please help me what should i do now? how they can reject me for the same course /college/intake for which they gave me visa last year...

how should i apply for caips? which is the official website of caips? and which caips package should i select ? there are several packs available for diifferent price...please help me.

brother, this sites seem like intermediate...they apply on behalf of us to canadian government bcz only pr holder or canadian citizen or who is living in canada can apply for caips on behalf of others...this i read on this forum and i checked it and it is true as per official website of cic.gc.ca..if any of our friend who is pr or is studying in canada apply on behalf of us for caips then it costs only $5...there are two forms also available on official website for this but in that form there is not any list of such packages like premium with interpretation etc ...they have only written that you will get electronic note of visa officer for reason of refusal..can you please guide me is it sufficient to understand reason ? as there is not any category of interpretation present in form..please help me

This process really isn't a science so we shouldn't expect the same results every time. Unfortunately, that's how it goes with visas. In anycase, get GCMS, evaluate your case and apply again. A lot of people get the visa on their 3rd attempt.

But my guess is that you already have a masters degree and you are going for a diploma. This isn't seen as a good pathway by visa officers. Don't ask me why, I just read these forums :)

You are right..this may be reason..but then how they gave me visa last year..I have not changed even college and course this time..only thing is that I have not yet cancelled my previous visa which is valid till 27 July 2018..and I didn't hide this from them..I mentioned about it in letter of explanation and gave all details of my previous visa..I passed med

So Canadian government provide information according to different packages like premium etc ? Or this is the service provided by intermediate agencies? On official site fees is only $5..so the length of information of caips notes is similar for all..isn't it so?

my grounds for refusal was -
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

and caips transcript was -

IRCC mention that your proposed studies are ‘not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects or plans’.

I suspect these are the same reasons that were mentioned in your refusal letter. However, it is important to understand that, if IRCC have any doubt that an applicant is a genuine student, they are not allowed to issue a study permit. If an applicant is applying for a course that seems either too easy or too difficult for them (based on earlier education marks / language scores), or does not make sense in the context of their current career or career plans, or is unlikely to justify its cost in terms of benefit on future career prospects, IRCC then become suspicious that an applicant may be seeking a study permit primarily as a means to enter Canada.

so i think it is just a waste of money because they only explain refusal reason and not help us to find proper reason of refusal .
