Some university accept a module band of 6 or nothing less than 5.5 so I guess you should make inquiries from your DLI before you apply.

..and on the other hand, VO don't like to see 5 in an IELTS result, if you can retake it then better

You can still try your luck to apply with it, you MIGHT be approved.. Good luck

Your IELTS results are good, your chances are also good of getting an admission and a study permit.. just try to put up a complete and convincing application documents
