I am a candidate of OID saskatchewan nominee program. I have a same sex spouse and we got married in US. I am a male, and I have one historical marriage with a woman, and I get married with present husband shortly after I divorced with the woman. I think this arouse the suspect of VO.

I was nominated March 2017, then I received the interview letter which asked us to attend interview in November. There were fatal error happened during our interview as three points listed below:

1.the inconsistent narration about the first meeting place between us. We said two different cities. However, when I was ask to explain the inconsistency, I said that is a long journey including several cities, so we confused, but VO is unsatisfied with my response.
2.the inconsistent narration about where and what we do in my birthday. My husband said we went outside for dinner, I said we celebrate at home. When I reply the Procedual Fairness Letter, I explained we were forgettable, so we made mistake.
3.the inconsistency about the meeting with my parents. I said my parents knew our marriage and we met before, but my husband said he has seen my parents without talking. I explained in response to PFL that I misunderstood the question of VO.
4. In final conversation, VO asked me whether I have the parcel receipt or electricity bill to prove our relationship.I said because we just moved to new apartment, most of our parcels are in my name.

Then VO said she was very worried about our purpose of marriage. She told us she will continue to view our materials without telling us the decision. Then we went home.

After we came back home ,we received Procedual Fairness Letter which accuse our marriage is fake, and I was helping my husband to immigrate to Canada. I was suspected of misrepresentation. My husband told me he has received some parcels in his own name but he didnt told me, so we submit the scanning of the parcels and several train tickets which shows our first journey. and I explain the reason about the contradiction of our narration in interview. But I don't know whether it works.

7 months passed but our case are still pending. We can see the 'final decision' still in process. But we are very worried about the decision of inadmissible and misrepresentation. Because we are afraid to loss all other qualification of immigration. So my question is : Should I claim withdraw this application? I wanna control the loss to minimum.

Do you mean "withdraw the application"? If so, it's too late for that. Once IRCC have started to investigate "misrepresentation", withdrawal of the application is not going to help you prevent the outcome of that investigation.

You could order your GCMS notes (search the forum for more information) and see where the application is in process.

As said above, you are already under investigation, so a withdrawal won't do anything.

It is difficult to misunderstand questions about where you first met and meeting your parents. Those are pretty basic relationship questions that no one should get wrong. Did you take any relationship proofs to the interview?

VO threat to give me a 'inadmissible' in procedural fairness letter. Do you mean withdrawl will not avoid the 'inadmissible' if she wanna give me one?
I took our travel photos and marriage license to interview, there is no other thing, bcz they didnt tell us to take any marriage evidence, but only evidence to prove we meet the criterion of SINP.

Again, you are already under investigation, so trying to withdraw will not stop that.
