Need help please
I submitted my application August March 9, 2017
Test Invite letter 14 September 2017
Test date 5 October 2017 at Scarbrough
I missed my test as I was out of country I sent them email and they replied
We have deleted you in the event and we will reschedule your test date after 12 December 2017.
I have informed them that I will be back by 12 December.
I sent them an email back that I am back and you can schedule my test date any time.
Did someone know how long it will take now to get the new test date ???

Nobody will be able to tell you how long it will take. It depends on when they will have a slot free for you. Just be patient and do make sure you can attend the next one.

Try to send Edmonton office an email. explaining your situation and attaching the documents you received.
They answer within few days.

Online it says application in progress and when I called immigration they said that they are still waiting for the results of 1 of the 4 background checks.

Anyone else here is in the same situation? What do you advise me to do?

You should look at the sheet. I think pretty much everyone from March are waiting for their test. My wife's application is also the same.. In progress.

It also depends on which office your application is sent to. Some offices are quick. So when you are looking at others' timelines, look for those in your office.

No, March 2017. I still haven't heard anything from them and all I see on the website is "in Progress". I called them and they said that they are waiting for a background check but it's taking months.
