Can I have medical in another country than my current country of residence?

It may happen that i will get an ITA in the next draw or after next draw. I might be travelling for work for maybe 2 months so my question is, can i do my medical in any of the countries i will be working in?

If you are sure enough of ITA then get it done now from your place to avoid unnecessary documentation and complications. It's valid for one year regardless. make sure to visit only those docs which are listed on CIC

It is perfectly fine to get the medical done with a Panel Physician in any country.
