Our case sent to new delhi but no medical request and no update yet.

My application was received in October. The medical was requested and completed in December before the file was transferred to NDVO in January. I would suggest contacting IRCC in case something was missed with your file.

email delhi visa office by writing urgent in the subject section they will respond for sure if it's actually urgent case.

do one thing more if you can
take a photostat of your dm and pre arrival mail
and write a request letter with principal applicants signature on it to high commission canada new delhi and courier them all these in an envelope
you should get response within 5 days
thats what all i did in my case also
cant say what worked out but i tried this 2 days before and today i got the request
