Express Entry!!! Please Help!!

Can somebody help me with Express Entry.....

I have 3 yr Diploma in Hospitality from India,1 year diploma in Multimedia from Australia and I have 4 and half Year Experience as a Graphic Coordinator from Australia...I have done 1 year Office Administration Course in Canada (Private College) and my IELTS scores are

Listening:7
Writing:6
Speaking:7

And My Employer (NOT LMIA) is willing to Offer me Job as an Administration Assistant Skilled B....I am Single and I am 34 years old


Can I file for Express Entry and I am confused if the job offer would fetch me Enuf Points?

No, The job offer should have an LMIA attached to it.
There are only certain jobs for which LMIA is not required. You better try the work permit way. Ask your employer to sponsor you for a work permit.

After working for couple of years on that work permit, you can apply for Express Entry showing Canadian experience.

Thank you for the info....Can you please send me a link of Employer Sponsorship? I think I am not being naive as I am thinking it’s not LMIA???

And nothing worlds out then is that ok I can re-apply for Study Permit? My study permit got Expired on March 15 and I got My PGWP Refusal on April 20 so do I have enuf time to go for any other visas??? If so can you please let me know what all visas is best thank you

for Express Entry LMIA is required, for CEC its not (i suppose).

For rest of the questions, I do not have any idea.
