Some requests are not met even after 60 days, which is due to administrative delays, the office processing the file not giving the clearance, or the file being processed by an external agency. 80% of the GCMS notes are released within 30 days.

I oredeor my notes on February 18th and received them by March 23rd!Hello to everyone.
Is it normal that my report takes more than 70 days? I requested it February 9th and still no report (my agency also made a reminder 9th of March)
Has anyone been in this situation? Is there a chance that it might be never received and I have to order it again?
