Got dismissed at work. Please help

hello guys i have a problem. I just recently lose my job i was dismissed. I was thinking about our spousal sponsorship app because we sent it april 3 and still waiting for the AOR. I wanna know will that going to affect my application getting my wife here? Please help

It won’t affect your application. You can go on EI (if you qualify) and you’ll still be eligible.

Go find a different job quickly. I would not go on EI if I can get a job, any job. Do you have a family to support?
