Also, I am outside the US right now but have a google voice number. How do I go about calling the CIC agent to enquire about my application?

1. I was stuck in IP1 for 130 days. (~4+ months) - not to worry, your application will move ahead soon.
2. In case the call isn't going through using GV, dial *67 before the number.

Just got my notes ... it states that criminality and security did not start yet which means my file was IN FACT not touched up to March ... I have no words that can describe my frustration ... 91 days in IP1 and counting ......

That is frustrating. When did your eligibility complete?

hey everyone, I spoke to CIC call center agent and he said that my file is in CPC Ottawa and eligibility is under review and Criminality and security not yet started. Do you think my file will move to LVO or my case will be processed at Ottawa? My AOR is March 9 and IP1 since 15th March.

Eligibility was recommend passed from the beginning of Feb ...

Geez! It makes us wonder why. They could at least provide a plausible explanation.
