Can I claim point for sibling

Hello Members,

I have a query regarding claim of 15 point for sibling in Canada. My biological younger brother has moved to Canada on PR. I would like to claim sibling point in my application but there is a problem.

When I was 4 year old my uncle (Father's Brother) adopted me. So from that day onwards all my legal documents have name of my adopting parents and not my biological parents.
I do have copy of my birth certificate and adoption papers that can prove my blood relation to my biological brother but will Canadian Immigration accept the claim.
