i am planning to visit another country in June,but I will also be applying for study permit in June for Canada! But if I submit my passport while applying for study permit I wont be able to visit another country. Plz help

You have to submit passport if you are applying offline . But if you apply online , then you dont need to submit passport until a dicision is taken by embassy
Its true that if you apply through VFS or any other offices paper based, you will need to submit your passport. However there is an option to ask for a passport withdrawl after the application is submitted. In this case the application will continue being processed and they will send a passport request when a decision is made. However i cant tell you exact details on how to do this since there are very few people who have tried this. My advice is go to the nearest VFS and ask them how to apply without a passport for time being until a decision is made.
