NOC Code......
2131
AOR Received.
04-05-2018
I cannot suggest which of the two NOC is correct, but if you feel you have selected a wrong NOC and your reference letter does not corroborate it, then you can change NOC and explain via a LoE. People have changed NOC post ITA and got PR.
Thanks immensely

I am a 12th September 2017 AOR. In my GCMS notes I can see that my Eligibility has been set to "Failed" due to an NOC mismatch since October. But my application hasn't been rejected yet and is still ongoing.
Have there been any cases like this before? Where eligibility was set to Failed and reversed/reviewed later? I am very worried because it's already been 7.5 months since AOR and despite eligibility being Failed my application is still processing preventing me from applying again.

Immediately change your NOC to match it with your Employment reference letters and Job Title. Write an LOE stating that you have selected a wrong NOC and would like an officer to change it to new NOC.

Don't wait for a rejection as many applicants have successfully changed NOC and got PPR.

@BillHyatt
I observed something on my profile and unfortunately no one is responding to me about it.
I am just noticing that my name has changed to my maiden name on my application profile. I applied using my current name but i am surprised to see this change. Except for the status page where there is a UCI number, every other place my name appears on my account has been changed to the name i was using before i got married and this was not so before. I am so confused. Is it how it should be for married women who changed their family name? or something else? I am on IP1

What is the name on your passport / the ID document you uploaded?
Did you include a copy of your marriage certificate with your application?

The name on my passport is my current name. I included my marriage certificate and a legal change of name document. In fact, the ITA letter and AOR letter all bear my current name, all documents i submitted except my bachelor's degree certificate all bear my current name

Have you tried calling IRCC to ask them about it? It could be a glitch that goes back to normal after a few days, however the seniors here including Bill may have some more ideas.

No, i have not tried calling them.I wanted to see if it is something i should not bother about. As you said, let me see what seniors have to say on it. Thanks

It happens if some of your documents contain Maiden Name and Agent may have updated profile to avoid confusion and sometimes it is just a mistake on IRCC Side.

You can email IRCC attaching Passport with Current Name and ask them to rectify changes.

Thank you very much. Do you mean raising a CSE?
I will think it is a mistake from their part. All the documents i submitted bear my new name except my bachelors degree certificate which bear my maiden name. If you click on :View messages and Status", the application summary where names are matched with UCI number has my current name on it. I guess i may have to wait a little bit since my AOR is 11th April and see if it changes. My spouse is of the view that it is not a problem and will not affect my application since they must have known that the 2 names represent one person.

Hi, I need help. In my express Entry profile I had stated that I started working in 2009 up to 2011. But after ITA, my reference from my former employer stated that I worked from 2010 to 2011 full time and from 2012 to 2015 part time during vacation (14 weeks/year). The truth is my work from 2009 to 2010 was volunteering with just some allowances. Will I be punished for misrepresentation? My work experience is still two years based on my former employer’s reference which added hours from 2010 to 2015. What should I do? Should I decline and edit this information and re-enter the pool or I should proceed? All other documents are right.

Get the letter corrected so that it says the truth. If anything in your profile isn't correct then you need to change this too. Everything should be 100% true and accurate.

Yes, raising CSE. It is not a problem or will not impact your file however you should change it to the one that you prefer or that is in your passport.
