My cousin who lives in Turkey and a principal applicant in a family class spousal sponsorship does not know how to fill out his IMM 5546. He attended compulsory military service from 2015 to 2016. He did not have any rank, he did not have an immediate supervising officer. How can he fill out the form correctly? Thank you.

He filled out the form, and there were no issues after the application was submitted. The application is now in Turkey, they are awaiting and almost at the end of the application journey.
