With regards to outland / inland sponsorship, is it correct that in either case his wife and child can travel to Canada with him and that the main difference is that outland his wife wouldn't be able to obtain an open work permit?
Also how is it best to handle the interaction with CBSA at the PoE - I find the dual intent bit a bit odd as she will obviously have no real intention of returning to the UK in 6 months but she has to tell CBSA that that is exactly what she intends to do (with a nod and a wink perhaps) yes ? or is it just a case of saying it like it is - "I'm here as a visitor while my spousal sponsorship is processed " ?
