As per the new checklist , in the section of police clearance certificate , what should i choose from the options given out there? if my husband (PA) has never left the country ? Please advise.
Refer Checklist.....the PA and any of his Dependant 18 or older (who are not Canadian citizens or PR), must submit police certificates from the following country, unless indicated otherwise on the police certificate webpage:
1. The country where PA currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more; and
2. The country where PA have spent most of your (their) life since the age of 18.
Check-boxes Option 1 and 2 applies to the PA, and the PA needs to provide only one PCC from the country they have never left or have always resided if the country is not Canada
