IMM 5669 form

Do we need to sign IMM 5669 using black ink? Are all the forms in family class sponsorship needs to be signed using black ink only or blue ink can be used?

I prefer using Black ink for Signatures.

Refer.....Spousal Sponsorship Guide for Signature instructions for IMM5669.

You must do the following when submitting a paper version of the form with your initial application:

• In the signature section, type the name of the person for whom the form is being filled out. Also enter the date that the form is being filled out.
• Validate the form.
• Print the form.
• Sign your name by hand. (Note: For principal applicants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form on the dependent child’s behalf.)

That is correct.No bar codes for IMM5669
