My fiance is filling out his background check form, he was part of the Navy for 4 years and moved around every few months to new places. He can't remember every address he lived at for the last 10 years. Is it nessissary to get all addresses, as he has lived in at least 10 different locations in the last 10 years. Thanks!

It is fairly important for her to remember all the addresses, I know this is hard, but trying to contact old acquaintances to find out as more as possible. Shopping history (that's how I found out all my addresses) can also help. Maybe even contact Navy? I am not so sure about that.

Reason being, since you cannot leave a gap between two locations(time), and if your passport says a different story than your form, it does not look good, does it?

What if he knows the town but not the complete address?
It is possible that you can use google map to google it? I am afraid that you have to get something, I went over the form, I saw that you address street number is a starred area, meaning must be filled out before submission. I could be wrong, but please keep trying! Try to pin a location that she familiar with on the map to try to remember the address.
