It takes approximately one month to get the notes.
You should have received a confirmation email after you submitted the ATIP request.

Unfortunately it's not like that for every one. I've been DM since April 5th and no news yet. The rest of the process is going to be way more stress free if you go by the 4-8 weeks mentioned earlier.

Had my test on April 4, (19/20) and I still didn't get the DM on my ecas. Oh well, i guess i'm one of those...

4. We sent you a notice on January 9, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 1, 2018 at 1:15 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment.

Yes. If look into the spread sheet you will see that people have got invite oath after Feb. Also, I have friends in Ottawa that have got the oath invite after Feb. Are you waiting for security clearance?
