Please help; Confused about calculating days before applying

Hello
Can someone help me please knowing when can i apply for citizenship

I arrived Canada as a visitor on January 1 2015.
Refugee claimant paper on January 19, 2015
Had my hearing on March 13, 2015
PR card issue date November 28, 2015
Did NOT travel to anywhere

I tried to use the calculator but I am not sure whether to enter the first day i arrived Canada or the day i got the protected. I'm really confused

Which question are you answering? All of your various status transitions should be clearly supported by the documents that you were provided.
Your PR card issue date is irrelevant for the calculation. It's the date that you "landed" as a PR that counts.

I read that when i used their online calculator: Enter the date you became a permanent resident of Canada (see Box 45 on your Record of Landing (IMM 1000), Box 46 on your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5509) or the back of your Permanent Resident Card).

That's correct. That date on the back of the card is the "landing" date. That's not the date of issue of the card. You said "Had my PR card on November 28, 2015" which implies the date that YOU received it.
