Workpermit without an express entry profile

Hi , i have an employer who is willing to apply Workpermit for me that is LMIA, wanted to check if he can apply LMIA without my express entry profile?

2. His firm falls under less than 50 million year turnover , so he has a mid size company. will he be able to sponsor me with out my express entry profile?

Irrelevant. You don't need an EE profile to get LMIA.

1. do you know what are the documents we need to submit from Employee side ?

2. Employer side, I am aware that most of the process would be initiated by Employer by raising LMIA.

3. Can any good immigration lawyer cant take up this process of applying LMIA with employer offer letter right?

1. It's not just documents, your employer has to advertise the job for at least a month following the LMIA rules. Full details here: https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers/median-wage/high/requirements.html

2. Employer is entirely responsible for the LMIA. You do nothing.

1. so employer has to produce an AD in job portal like 'Workpolis' and 'Indeed' and then if he does not find any applicants upto one monrh, he can raise an LMIA with all supporting documents and wait for the approval.

2. once the process is done and LMIA is accepted , then i can apply for visa in indian(home country) embassy with LMIA letter and wait for the visa stamping.

1. Advertising is required in three locations. Your employer will need to review the LMIA advertising requirements in detail and ensure they are followed. If the advertising requirements are not met, the LMIA will be refused.

2. Once the LMIA is approved, yes - you can apply for a work permit from your home country.

Thanks, three locations, you mean 3 websites, i know one being JOB BANK, other two being a job portal or a newspaper Advertisement, am i right?, i will also ask my Employer to look into them.

sorry for too many questions, my employer thinks unless until i am eligible for express entry and have a JOB BANK account, he cannot raise a LMIA.
(is it true)- from above reply, i came to know it is not right( you can add your comments on this line )

since my employer received my resume from indeed and we had an interview through skype, will LMIA team who works on my file also expects me to have a JOB Bank ACCOUNT? is it mandatory to hire people from JOB BANK account only for hiring temporary foreign workers? below are my questions on JOB BANK account.

>> What you mean by this?. whats your CRS score. Have u appeared for ielts and WES. Is there any limit for express entry points. I thought everyone can apply just score will be high or low in express entry.. so i can have score of 350 but lower than cut off of 450.

MY CRS score is 357, but if you file the express entry profile . since my job experience is under 4 years and i have a bachelors degree. my profile is ineligible for express entry. it is saying i have not meet the required criteria. i am not sure about the criteria how they are judging on . what i suppose is they have some rules , which will make you qualify for express entry, so has per your question, yes there is a score, but if you don't meet their criteria, even though you have CRS score of 350 above, you might not get eligible to be in the pool for express entry.

The employer has to take on the LMIA process. You can't hire a lawyer to do it or pay for it. That will get the LMIA refused. If the company is mid-sized they should have an HR department or person who should take the lead. Even with an approved LMIA your visa can still be refused. The process could take 4-6 months is your employer or are you aware of this?

You cannot claim job offer points until your employer has an approved LMIA. LMIAs are difficult to get. Your employer may go through the whole process only to be refused at the end.
