My kid was born in India in Sept 2017. I applied for his sponsorship application in November,2017. He got his medicals on Feb 2018 and immediately we completed the Medicals and sent back. Its reflected on the CIC online from atleast a month before. I booked tickets for travel on June 7 for him but things seemingly struck in there as there was no progress then. Any idea when will i get the passport request for him? Can somebody help me on this please?

Thanks for asking.I am presently in Canada in PR and my spouse is also a Permanent resident in Canada, but the baby was born outside Canada(India). Baby and Mom presently in India.

June is a little early. Your process should be complete by August. But then you never know. There have been cases which have been completed earlier than 10 months.

Thanks for your reply. I just calculated based on the medical request date. Is there any way i can make things work?
