I have received a letter on Nov 14/2017 that Application for Permanent Residence has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing.

these r the details i see online

1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 17, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on November 20, 2017.
3. We sent you correspondence on October 16, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

London averages 7 to 9 months although it's not uncommon for it to be even a bit longer. Assume the 12 month target for completion at this point. They will either ask for additional documents/proof, an interview, or proceed to decision made if nothing else is required.

hello,i am jasleen, after months of file compliation for spousal sponsorship and with help of the valuable information provided on this forum, I have mailed via courier my application to Mississauga office on 3rd May 2018. May i know, how long does it take to receive AOR. i have applied Open work permit also along with it.
