4 year degree not completed how to fill the WES qualification?

My wife is doing a 4 year degree and she is in her last year. In WES I can select 2018 as awarded year but most probably she will be awarded by mid next year. How can I add the entry in WES?

I was told by an agent that if I can get the transcript for all 3 completed years, then she can at least score part of the score.
even in WES it says something as "completed or not completed"
