Dear All, my background is bit of critical, let me explain what kind of difficulty i am facing. at first my background is -computer science graduate 12 years ago,no masters yet,worked all through the time ,my last job was with a company which i left in dec2017, then i started a job in canada which is remote job ( its salary based),my brother live in canada last 13 years and he got paypal account.my employer sent money to his account and then he sent back to me using moneygram in bangladesh. Since january i am saving money. However i managed myself to get admission in acadia university for fall session for masters in computer science. As my father is retired and have no money whatsoever, my father in law agreed to sponsor me.He have 50 lac fdr which is 1.5 years old. I applied for visa on 21 march and got rejected by mentioning the following reasons: 1)travel history 2) purpose of visit 3) current employment 4) future employment 5) personal asset.In my visa application i have submitted the following documents:1) all academic and ielts documents,2)my wife employment letter,bank statement solvency and declaration(she was one of sponsor and have 15 lac in two bank)3)father in law affedevit,declaration, source of income( no bank statement & solvency and other asset shown,I mentioned that I m his only son in law)4) shown flat translated paper which my own father own but no declaration of inheritance.5) a letter from my canadian employer and my bank balance (3.5 lac).i didn’t submit tax assessment(didn’t know)
After rejection on March 28, 2018 my university gave me TA worth of cad4300, Now to reapply I felt difficulty to arrange the proof against those rejection points.Shall I include the following papers and reapply ?
1) Letter from past Bangladeshi employment by mentioning that they will offer me a higher post (which I left in dec) after I come back? Will it carry any weight now? Otherwise how do I solve this current perspective
2) Arrange all other assets documents from father in law and deceleration of all expense he want to carry(
3) My father is engaged in some kind of business with a distant brother in law ,shall I use their trade license and make a partnership business? Is it going to carry any worth as I didn’t show this earlier
4) All tax assessment paper of my father,wife and father in law
Could you please advice who ever applied from bangladesh?I have been to some agency but they actually saying some rubbish.
I mentioned in my Study Plan that remote (online) job doesnot give me social status and job security….but still they are not assured about my employment
