A few questions

I have asked before but I'm hoping to get a few more replies just to confirm.
1. I just got my fingerprints done and I am sending them to the FBI along w the form I downloaded from their website. Do I need to wait to send my application for spousal sponsorship/PR until I get my police certificate from them?
2. My husband has not yet filed taxes for 2017. Can we send 12 months of paystubs and get a letter from his employer instead of option c?
3. Again, with police certificates...do I also need one for Canada if I've been here since June 2017? And does my sponsor need them too?
That's all I can think of right now but I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions soon.
Oh, one more...when I applied to extend my stay as a visitor, I included a letter from his employer. I didn't notice until now that his start date is incorrect. Since I have a UCI and I know they can see my application that I sent previously...will there be an issue if they see a different start date when we send an updated employment letter? Should his boss say something in the letter? Like, the start date in the previous later was entered incorrectly, here is the correct start date...?
It's been bugging me a lot.
Thanks in advance for your help!

1. You need to include the PCC from USA......if you lived there previously for more than 6 months.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/united-states.html

2. Will advice he files his tax for 2017 and include with the application....better to provide your most recent Notice of Assessment......2017 Tax filing is still open till April 30th, 2018.

If you cannot provide a Notice of Assessment or a proof of income statement (Option C) for the most recent taxation year, you must provide an explanation on a separate sheet of paper, accompanied by relevant supporting financial documentation to show how you can support the person(s) you are sponsoring........and this explanation could include your PAY Stubs.

3. If you have been legally resident in Canada since June 2017.....you do not need to include PCC from Canada....IRCC will tell you if and when needed.

I think if you could get a support letter from his boss, its will be nice to have......but don't think without the letter from the boss you shouldn't submit your application.
