can I apply for express entry from within Canada. I have completed my one year of course and won’t be able to apply for work permit as I had a gap and it will be rejected . The only way I can see is apply for express entry. My express entry score is 470 and I don’t have experience in Canada bug worked part time as a student for 3 years. Although I have a job offer letter of skilled labour for 1 year in my hand. Is there anyway to get PR without work permit in Ontario.

Part time job is not acceptable if you were in your study permit. Can you explain more about the job offer letter? Do you mean to say that you have worked under skilled labour for one year?
I was on study permit form 3 years and just completed 1 course. I worked part time for 3 years in a fast food industry, now i’m Sure I will be rejected if I apply for work permit . I can manage to get a employment letter as a manager and also have work experience in India as a teacher for 1 year. What’s the best thing I can do further as my study visa expires in 6 months . I can do anything to get my PR. If there is a best lawyer also who can get me out of this would help.

It is possible to apply for Express Entry while you are in Canada. PR through Express Entry from within Canada is possible. Many people apply.

Since, you didnt attend college, how come the college never informed IRCC. As far as I know, if you dont attend school for 90 days then your study permit is not valid.. You need to first check if you are on valid study permit or not.
Arr you serious? This is a night mare for me now. I have talked to many lawyers no one said me this . May I know the source of your information and how do I know if my study permit is still valid .
not sure who you are consulting but do your own research. A known person of mine had a similar case and the college reported that he is no longer studying at their campus. Later he faced lot of issues. Since, he was not even at the college so he was not even supposed to work. He had spoken to a lawyer who is also in Canada. She told him that he has no status. has to apply for restoration. no idea how that works but it was already too late to do anything.. see the below.. the college may have reported you under Academic suspension (check glossary in the link below)
