Can I become a co- signer with my brother to sponsor my parents ?
Also, currently I'm running a business. Can I show the business income or it has to be only personal income if I sponsor my parents ?

Did your brother got picked in the PGP lottery?
Even if so, only his spouse can be a co-signer. You cannot co-sign.
